If you check under the Time > Messages section of Karmly you'll be able to see more detail about the delivery status of each email message.
If the status shows 'delivered' that means that as far as we know it's been successfully delivered to their email server, without any errors being returned to us. At that point, delivery is out of our hands. If this hasn't arrived for the recipient it's likely their email client/server has filed our emails as spam.
We have a rundown of what we've done to ensure our messages don't get flagged as spam, and what clients can do to ensure they receive messages here: Why are emails sent by Karmly treated as Spam? The key points for clients to action from that are:
- Find the email in spam (if possible) and mark it as not spam
- Whitelist the domains karmly.com, invoxy.com and post.invoxy.com (this may need to be done at an IT level depending on their infrastructure)
If the delivery status on a message shows as something other than 'delivered', please feel free to contact support if you require further assistance.
