We have resolved this issue as of 1:00pm on 02/06/2023, and users should now be experiencing regular loading times in-app.
The issue was introduced by a recent release, which caused the process involved in retrieving approval requests to perform inefficiently. These requests caused a backlog in our server, resulting in all other processes experiencing slowdowns. We have released a patch which alleviates this inefficiency, returning all requests to regular processing times and will review release processes to prevent similar issues in future.

The primary cause of this incident has been resolved, improving response times and preventing most timeouts (actions failing).
Some secondary issues are still being worked on, so loading times may continue to be slower than normal. Further updates to come.

Since approximately 8:45am this morning, Invoxy is experiencing increased loading times, resulting in delays throughout the system.
In some cases, this may result in actions failing to complete, including logging in.
Our team are investigating and updates will be posted here as we have more information.
