After registering for a Karmly account, you'll have access to the Karmly Demo Account. This is a temporary account pre-populated with some fictional candidates, timesheet entries, and invoice history for you to test out the Karmly system and see how it all works.
The Demo Account is completely isolated from your primary Karmly Account, and anything entered or done via the Demo will have no effect outside of that Demo Account.
Creating a Demo Account
A Demo Account can be created from within Karmly. First, click on the company logo in the top right-hand corner of your screen, then click the name of your current recruitment company, which will appear with arrows beside it:
This will take you to the FlexiTime Workforce Management account selection screen, where you can click on the New Account button:
Clicking on New Account will open the account creation pop-up, where you can create a new Karmly, PayHero or Droppah account.
Select Karmly from the Product drop-down list, and click on Try a Demo Account.
After clicking the Try a Demo Account option you will be taken directly into the Demo Account dashboard. You will see a banner at the top of the web page reflecting the Demo Account status.
Removing a Demo Account
Demo Accounts are always created for a 14-day trial period for you to use as needed. After 14 days, the Demo Account will automatically be deleted and will no longer be accessible. At this stage, you can simply create a new Demo Account if needed.
Alternatively, if you've finished your testing in the Demo Account and would like to delete it, you can do so from the FlexiTime Workforce Management account selection screen.
Click on the three dots alongside the Demo Account name, and choose Delete Demo Account.
