New Look - We've freshened things up with our updated logo (where applicable) and a new look for the Invoxy log in page. The URL remains the same so you can continue to log in through any existing bookmarks, directly at app.invoxy.com or via your custom URL. Alternatively, our new URL is login.invoxy.app and your custom URL can now be specified as [company].invoxy.app.
Unified User Profiles - We're making some clever changes to combine our FlexiTime Workforce Management products (Invoxy, PayHero and Droppah) into a single unified login system.
If you're only using Invoxy you won't see any major changes and can continue to log in as you would normally. You will see a prompt to agree to the FlexiTime Workforce Management terms of use which you learn more on here:Changes to User Agreements.
For those using both Invoxy & PayHero you will need to reset your password the next time you log in, for more information please see our support article:Password Reset Prompt
User Access Management - A new User Access screen in the 'Manage' area of Invoxy allows you to manage all aspects of user access in Invoxy. As an administrator, you can now send password resets to users with access to your account. Learn more here: User Access
As part of this change, Administrators are no longer included in your People tab and can only be invited from the User Access tab, while team members (Resources, Consultants, and Contacts) can have their access managed either from within their People record or from the User Access tab.
Admins will also now receive a generic email to accept your invitation, rather than receiving the Message Templateyou've set up for inviting your other users.
Important Note: If you've run into security issues with your firewall blocking our API previously, you may need to also mark our new API as safe - flexitime-api.azurewebsites.net
Improvements
Pending Approvals via Dashboard - The Dashboardcontains a new pane for reviewing pending approval requests. You can view the details of requests and approve or decline them if needed, or you can click through to the usual Approval Requests page.
PayHero Integration - The PayHero Integration has been updated in light of our User Access changes, so that employees and their user access are now synced to PayHero when they accept their invitation to Invoxy, rather than when they are invited. This creates a more robust process.
Fixes
Commission Calculations - Fixed an issue that was incorrectly including unapproved time in commission calculations for companies with 'Time Requires Approval' turned on in their Company Settings.
PayHero Last Sync - Corrected an issue preventing the 'Last Sync' on the PayHero integration from correctly updating to reflect the latest sync date/time in some circumstances.
Expenses - Fixed an issue preventing admins from entering expenses in the first month of a placement, if the placement started part-way through the month.
FlexiTime Integration - The remaining FlexiTime details for our integration which is no longer supported have now been removed from the Integrations tab and throughout Invoxy.
