Time approval requests to NZ recipients using the SMXEmail email gateway are currently failing to deliver due to SMXEmail incorrectly treating these emails as spam.

We have contacted SMXEmail in order to obtain further information relating to the categorisation of the Invoxy.com emails as spam.
We are not aware of any other systems falsely treating our email as spam and we have implemented all necessary steps including SPF, DKIM and DMARC to ensure that email gateways categorise our emails correctly.
