This Thursday 6 May from 10pm (NZT) there will be scheduled downtime of up to four hours across our products and apps.
We’re using this time to upgrade our underlying subscription and user authentication system to improve how you manage your products, accounts and subscriptions to FlexiTime products.
There should be minimal impact for for Invoxy users. However, changes we're making to PayHero may result in functions relating to the Invoxy<->PayHero integration being temporarily affected.
We’re performing this upgrade out of hours to minimise the impact on users. However, please note that periods of downtime may occur, and during this window the Invoxy app, and particularly any functions related to PayHero, may be intermittently inaccessible.
