We've upgraded our helpdesk and part of the upgrade has included migrating our articles to a new site. Although you can still find us at support.invoxy.com and the content remains the same, the underlying URLs have changed.
This means any old links you may have to Invoxy support articles will no longer work, either in emails from us or in info you provide to your clients and candidates.
You can search for the info you need here in our helpdesk at support.invoxy.com
If you have links to our articles in your Message Templates or on your website, you'll need to update these now for you candidates/clients to be directed to the right place.
