After registering for an Karmly account you'll be logged in and ready to get started with Karmly right away. All information you enter during your 14-day Free Trial period will be retained when you sign up, so don't hesitate to dive right into your setup!
Here are some basic steps to get you placing in Karmly in no time:
Step 1: Add your Placements
Integrate with Bullhorn or JobAdder
To load your placement information from your CRM go to Manage > Integrations. Click on your system and click connect. You may be required to confirm your login details, and then your placement information will appear in Karmly like magic.

Manual Addition
If you're not using Bullhorn or JobAdder, new placements can be added directly within Karmly by clicking the button under Placements Dashboard, or by selecting Add Placement under Placements > Manage Placements.
You can add new clients and team members directly from the New Placement screen - you don't need to set them up first.

Step 2. Integrate with Xero and your Payroll software
In order to send your accounts payable Invoices to Xero you need to connect Karmly to your account using our Xero Integration.
Go to Manage > Integrations, click on Xero, and from there you can click connect and enter your login details. Karmly will now send Invoices to Xero when you send them from Karmly.
To set up your payroll system go to the same Integrations page and click your provider. Enter your login details, and once connected any new pay runs will be sent through for finalising.

3. Set up your Company settings
To set up your company's default settings go to Manage > Settings to change your invoice details, default pay/bill cycles and week start.

4. Templates (Messages and Invoices)
Next, you'll want to make sure Karmly's messaging is all set up to match your company voice. Head to Manage > Templates to add, change and amend default invoice and message templates.

5. Invite your users to record their time
Resources can record their time in Karmly for invoicing and time approvals.
To get resources to record their time in Karmly, you can invite users under Manage > People. Simply go into a person's details and at the top right blue button click invite.
They'll be able to accept their invite as shown here, then begin recording their time on a computer or laptop or using our mobile web app.
