The Consultant Summary screen displays your Consultants with active Commission Plans and their current commission details to date.
Consultants and plans will only be displayed if there are Placements with revenue associated with them for the selected month eg. time recorded against a Contract Placement or a Permanent Placement fee.
You can choose to show all consultants and plans, even if they have no earnings for the current month, by clicking the menu button in the top right and selecting Show All Consultants.
The details that will be displayed for each consultant are:
Total Draft - The total value of commission in the Draft payments stage for the Consultant for the selected commission month.
Total Payments - The total value of commission payments that have been sent for the selected commission month.
Total Commission - The total commission that the Consultant has generated from all of their assigned plans based on the selected commission month.
Plan Name - The name of the commission plan assigned to the Consultant (you may assign more than one plan per consultant if your commission setup requires it).
Period - The commission plan period that spans over the currently selected commission month. In the example above, the selected month is August so for the Quarterly Commission plan displayed the quarter spanning July - September covers the selected month.
Current Target - The current achieved commission target level specified in the Consultant's commission plan, based on the Sales Achieved.
Sales Achieved - The total Sales Achieved (revenue or gross margin depending on the commission plan) that is attributed to the Consultant for the specified plan.
Payments - The amount of Payments the Consultant has received for this plan and period to date.
Commission - This is the total amount of Commission generated for the specific Consultant Commission plan in the commission Period to date.

To view a more detailed breakdown of the placements contributing to the commission calculations for a particular consultant's plan, you'll first need to filter to a single commission plan in the top right. Then expand the record for the consultant you're interested in to view a full breakdown of the revenue and margin calculations for each placement.
Paying Commission
To record a commission payment in Karmly, tick the Consultants you wish to create payments for and select New Commission Batch.
In the New Commission Batch screen you can select the Commission Plan, if you only want to generate payments for a specific plan, the Commission Month you want to generate a payment for and select or deselect Consultants.
Click Create Draft Batch when you're ready to create the payments.
You will get a message confirming that the Commission batch has begun processing.
Draft Payments
The Commission Batch will be generated in the Payments screen under Draft Payments
If you wish to edit the value of the commission payment you can adjust the Commission Due field at this stage. Alternatively, you can select Send Payment to mark the payment as complete or Delete Payment if you wish to remove the draft payment.
Important Note: Commission payments will not be sent to integrated payroll systems. You can process your commission payment to your consultants through your payroll system as you normally do.
Sent Payments
Once you have Sent Payments they will be available under the Sent tab.
These are finalised payments available for Consultants to view in their Karmly account and need to be processed to the consultant directly in your Payroll system.
