Invoxy (v1.7.0) – Release Notes 25/02/2018

What’s new:

• Overtime & Allowances: Create Overtime and Allowances rules on Work to automatically apply when a resource exceeds a certain number of hours worked across a particular day or week.
• Rate Modifiers: We’ve added new Pay Rate and Bill Rate modifiers on Work – Multiply Rate, Add to Rate, Fixed Rate & Margin (Bill rate only).
• Billable on-costs: On-costs can now be set as billable. All of Government panel (NZ) invoicing can be setup using billable on-costs for the provider fee, admin fee and on-costs.
• Deductions: Set Hourly, Daily or Weekly deductions on Work.
• Accounts Payable Integration: You can now send Recipient Created Tax Invoices as Accounts Payable to Xero.
• Consultant Performance: View consultant sales performance (revenue, YTD target %, margin %, consultant margin %) and corresponding placement performance.
• Xero integration: Tax types can now be set on Work for accurate Xero invoicing.
• Invoxy to FlexiTime sync: Updates to Invoxy Users records will now be sent to FlexiTime when they are included in a Pay that is sent through (make sure Invoxy data is set up correctly as FlexiTime data will be overwritten).
• Send Timesheets straight to FlexiTime payroll: You can now send timesheets to FlexiTime from the Week Summary page. This will sync Employees and Work that the time is recorded against and create matching timesheets in FlexiTime. This is useful for when Companies use average daily pay calculations for paying BAPS or OWD calculations for paying Public Holidays.

Improvements:

• View Invoices in Xero: Invoices in Invoxy can be viewed in Xero with a single click.
• Mark as Sent: Draft Invoices can now be Marked as Sent without emailing the invoice to the client.
• Re-send Invoices: Sent Invoices can now be re-sent to recipients or Xero.
• Invoice Design: Invoice PDF formatting has been dramatically improved.
• Commission: We’ve improved the commission payments and commission plan review screens.
• Timesheets: New navigation from Timesheets to Resource & Placement edit screens.
• Upgraded Search: Huge improvements to search functionality throughout the app means users can now search by multiple terms on main list screens.
• Speed Improvements: Optimised loading & query performance and infinite scroll added.
• Timesheet rejections: Rejection note description is now available as a placeholder on email templates as ‘Request Response Note’.
• Timesheet notes: Notes made by the resource on their timesheet entries are now sent through with approval requests and included in timesheet details in the invoice.
