Default Break Duration - A default break duration can now be specified on Work. All new time entries recorded against that Work will have the default break duration applied automatically. This can be adjusted on a time entry as required.
Default Form Fields - New default fields have been added to Forms in Onboarding. If populated, the data from these fields will automatically flow through to the corresponding field on the candidate's record once the Onboarding has been approved by an Administrator.
Onboarding - E-Signing - Added the option for requiring a signature to be entered electronically during onboarding.
Improvements
Registered Email Address - Users with login access to Invoxy can now update their registered email address (the address they originally accepted access from, which is used for password resets) using the 'Login Email Address' field under My Details.
Expiry of Pending Requests - Pending requests greater than a month old, for which all time entries have been approved in another request, will now be automatically deleted. This can occur if multiple requests have been submitted by an administrator, in which case it's possible for the time to be approved but for an outstanding Pending request to remain under the Approval Requests tab.
Fixes:
CSV Insights Reports - Fixed an issue causing any commas in data downloaded from Insights to result in additional column separation.
PayHero Integration Tabs - Fixed an issue that could prevent the PayHero navigation options (Leave & Payslips) from displaying for users with a slow internet connection.
Bill Rates accurate to 5 d.p - Corrected an issue which caused the bill rate to be truncated back to 2 d.p.
