What's New

• Sync Error Notifications - Errors while syncing records from integrated systems such as Bullhorn and JobAdder will now be included in the Notifications pane on your Invoxy Dashboard, and included in the Notifications table in My Reports for easy reporting.
  
  If you wish to receive email copies of these errors let us know at support@invoxy.com - use the email subject 'Error Notification Emails' and let us know your company name and the email address errors should be sent to.  
  
  
• NZ Public Holiday Rates - You can now specify that Invoxy should automatically pay/bill different rates (e.g. time and a half) for time worked on NZ Public Holidays using Overtime rules on Work. Simply tick the 'Public Holiday' option and specify minimum hours worked of 0, then elect your rate multipliers and other settings as required.

Improvements

• Timesheets Pending Filter - When filtering to Timesheets Pending on the Week Summary screen, candidates with no time recorded for the week will now be included. 
  
  Candidates with no time entered will also be included in any 'Timesheets Pending' Scheduled Reminder Messages as a result. 

Fixes:

• On-Cost Account Code Length - Account codes longer than 15 characters on on-costs were preventing invoices from being created. Maximum length is increased to 100. 
  
  
• Placement Notes from Bullhorn - Notes on placements coming through from Bullhorn were being limited to 100 characters. Limit is removed.
