Karmly allows you to set Sales Targets on your Consultants which can be used to calculate commission and motivate consultants towards achieving sales.
Consultant Setup
When adding consultants you can specify the consultant's annual salary and sales target, which will be used throughout Karmly for calculating the consultant's productivity.
Salary - The consultant's annual base salary.
Sales Target - The annual target the consultant is aiming for. Note that this should be the total annual figure, even if their commission is calculated more frequently. The target can be either Revenue or Gross Margin, depending on your commission plan setup.
Commission Plan
You can set up commission plans to suit your needs under Manage > Commission Plans. When setting up a new commission plan, if you'd like to base the plan on each consultant's Sales Target ensure you set the Target Type to Sales Target %.
This example shows the setup for consultants who should earn 2% of any revenue they generate over 100% of their target, 3% of any revenue over 200%, and 5% of any revenue over 300%.
If you set the Payment Type to Gross Margin then the target and payment will both be calculated based on Gross Margin instead of Revenue.
Consultants
Add any consultants who belong to this plan under the Consultants tab.
Once the plan and associated settings are applied you can manage the consultants' commission payments under the Commission tab in Karmly.
