Mobile App - Introducing a facelift and upgrade for our mobile app. In addition to improved time entry, candidates can now accept invites and complete onboarding all from their smartphone. Learn more here: Invoxy Mobile App for Resources. Consultants can also login to the mobile app to view or manage their candidate time and approval requests (where their setup allows).
PayHero integrated accounts will also allow Resources to access the leave and payslips tabs in the Mobile App.
Mandatory Onboarding - Invoxy's Onboarding Templates now include a 'Completion Required' option. When ticked, any candidates who have the template assigned to them must complete the onboarding before they'll be able to access their timesheets. This functionality replaces existing behaviour which would treat the Onboarding as mandatory if it had been applied due to being set on the Client.
New Placement Types - Additional Placement Types added for Service Fees and Credit Notes.
Service Fees - For one off fees that aren't necessarily tied to a candidate - these placements behave like Permanent placements for the most part, but don't require a Resource be allocated to the Team.
Credit Notes - For one off lump sum credits. This would generally only apply to permanent fees being credited, as any timesheet issues should usually be corrected in order to keep proper track of margin.
Billing Recipient & Approver on Placements - You can now specify whether someone is an approver or billing recipient on a placement by placement basis. When a Contact is added to a placement these will default based on the settings on their User record, but can be updated on each placement as required. If the default settings on a user are updated all of their placements will be updated accordingly.
On-Charges - A new category has been added to Work for On-Charges. Unlike On-Costs, these aren't a cost to the business - they're purely for adding additional charges to your invoices. Improvements
Add Work to Permanent Placements - Permanent placements can now have Work added to them, provided the Unit type of the Work is '$ Expense | Fee'. Only one Work can be added to these types of placements, and it will be used to determine the Account Code, Tax Rate, and any On Charges for invoicing, where applicable.
Client Billing Name & Work Display Name - New fields have been added to Clients and Work for companies who wish to apply alternative names to their records. Like 'Placement Billing Name' on Placements, these fields will default to be the same as the Client/Work name, but if desired can be altered for reporting, invoicing or display purposes. Work Display Name will be visible to Resources and Approvers throughout the timesheeting and approvals process, so is ideal for companies who have highly descriptive Work Names and wish to simplify what the candidate and client see.
New Placement Notifications - A new Message template type, 'New Placement Resource', allows you to setup an automatic message to candidates who already have user access each time they're added to a new placement. This template is designed to let them know that they've been placed and can login with their existing credentials to begin recording time. A default template has been added to your account which you can modify to suit and switch to Active if desired.
Reporting on Onboarding and User Changes - Three new fields have been added to the 'Users' table in Insights, allowing you to report on Resources who haven't yet completed onboarding, have completed onboarding which is awaiting approval, or have made changes via My Details which are awaiting approval.
New Zealand Public Holidays - New Zealand Public Holidays will now display for NZ companies on the timesheets and when entering time, to help improve accuracy of time entry around public holidays.
PayHero integrated companies will also have their elected provincial anniversary displayed (multiple provincial anniversaries can also be managed using PayHero Teams).
Invoice Placeholders - New placeholders are now available in Invoice templates for:
Approver Name & Approver Email Address - if time was approved by more than 1 approver only the 1st (alphabetically) will be used

Speed Improvements - General speed and performance improvements.
Fixes:
User Update Indicators - Fixed a bug preventing orange change indicators appearing on fields on the left hand side of a user record when changes had been made via My Details.
